FUNCTION
• Advising on the value of the properties;
• Acting as the secretariat for the Sales of Assets Unit Committee (JUJA);
• Acting as the secretariat of asset sales by tender;
• Store management at Balakong, Selangor;
• Coordinating the application for property valuation, plant, machinery, equipment by the Malaysian Department of Insolvency (MdI) to the Department of Valuation and Property Services (JPPH);
• Monitoring the activities of JUJA Kecil at each MdI branches and; and
• Auditing realization of asset at MdI branches.
