Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategic communication plan to increase public awareness of the role and functions of the Malaysian Insolvency Department (MdI);
Plan, coordinate and publicize the programs organized by the department through appropriate platforms;
Coordinate and monitor the updating of information and content of the official website of the Malaysian Insolvency Department;
Maintain the image of the Department through the effective implementation of appropriate publicity and publicity programs;
Act as the main channel of communication between departments and other agencies;
Plan, manage and implement public complaint management that includes complaints, inquiries, suggestions and appreciation regarding the Department manually and online (SISPAA, social media platforms, email, phone, and in person)
Coordinate official work visits, courtesy visits, lecture invitations or briefings from external agencies;
Plan and implement publicity, promotion and announcements for each new policy through programs, activities and official department events through official social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok;
Improve the public’s understanding of the role and function of the Malaysian Insolvency Department through exhibition activities and the distribution of information materials such as pamphlets and video publications
