Insolvency Asset Management Unit
ASSET RECORDING
Among the tasks of Insolvency Asset Recording are as follows:
i. Administering the Insolvency Asset Recording System for all lists of movable and immovable Insolvency assets from the Bankruptcy Unit/Liquidation Unit at the branch.
ii. Monitor the recording of all Insolvency Transfer asset lists from the Bankruptcy Unit/Liquidation Unit at the branch.
iii. Submitting views and recommendations related to the question of assets/real estate status bankrupt/companies wound up.
iv. Issuing instructions from time to time regarding the recording of Insolvency assets carried out in branches.
v. Monitor reporting of Insolvency asset recording on a monthly basis.
vi. Carry out monitoring of the recording of Insolvency assets carried out in the branch.
ADMINISTRATION OF INSOLVENCY ASSETS
Among the tasks of Insolvency Asset Administration are as follows:
i. Conduct valuation of assets other than real estate received from branches.
ii. Record valuation applications by branches to JPPH on a monthly basis.
iii. Managing the sale of real estate belonging to the Bankrupt/Company wound up through a Private Treaty.
iv. Managing the sale of Insolvency assets owned by the Company wound up by Public Tender.
v. Managing the sale of Insolvency assets owned by the Bankrupt/Company wound up by Public Auction.
vi. Manage the application to sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement (PJB) of the assets to be produced.
vii. Manage the application for rejection of moveable/immovable assets that are burdensome (Onerous Property) owned by the Bankrupt/Company wound up.
viii. Issuing instructions from time to time relating to the disclosure, production or disposal of burdensome Insolvency assets.
ix. Conduct supervision over Insolvency asset administration activities at the branch.
x. Perform other duties as directed by the Director General of Insolvency, Deputy Director General of Insolvency, Division Director and Head of Unit.
INSOLVENCY ASSET MANAGEMENT
Among the tasks of Insolvency Asset Management are as follows:
i. Manage the marketing and leasing of Insolvency Immovable assets for the Bankruptcy Unit/ Liquidation Unit at the branch.
ii. Manage the management of Insolvency Immovable assets for the Bankruptcy Unit/ Liquidation Unit at the branch.
iii. Manage the maintenance and repair of Insolvency immovable assets (property) for the Bankruptcy Unit/Liquidation Unit at the branch.
iv. Manage the activities of storing/ moving/ transporting goods to/ involving Insolvency assets for the Bankruptcy Unit/ Liquidation Unit/ Investigation and Enforcement Unit at the branch.
v. Monitor and issue instructions related to asset storage/ enforcement/ eviction/ vacate (Repair) premises/ properties for the Bankruptcy Unit/ Liquidation Unit at the branch together with the Investigation and Enforcement Unit at the branch.
vi. Monitor and issue instructions related to collection activities/termination of rental agreements on a monthly basis involving real estate assets for the Bankruptcy Unit/Liquidation Unit at the branch.
vii. Monitor and issue instructions related to the activity of insuring real estate assets that have been identified for the purpose of fire/natural disaster protection for the Bankruptcy Unit/Liquidation Unit at the branch.
viii. Conduct supervision over rental activities and maintenance of insolvency immovable assets (property) in branches as required.
APPOINT A LICENSED AUCTIONEER
Among the duties of Appointing Licensed Auctioneers are as follows:
i. Manage applications for the appointment of Licensed Auctioneers from UPAI Branches on bankruptcy assets/ wound up companies.
ii. Identifying Insolvency assets owned by Bankrap/ wound up companies that have the potential to be produced through public auction.
iii. Monitor the implementation of public auction applications handled by the Bankruptcy Unit/Liquidation Unit/Branch Accounts Unit.
iv. Issuing instructions from time to time related to the procedures for handling production through public auctions as needed.
v. Carry out supervision related to the implementation of public auctions conducted by the branch.
