TAKE notice that persons listed in Schedule A have been adjudged bankrupt. By virtue of Section 24(4) of Act 360, all property of the bankrupt shall vest in the Director General of Insolvency and become divisible among his creditors. You are required, within seven (7) working days from the date of publication of this Notice, to pay or surrender to the Director General of Insolvency, any sum or balance of account registered in the name of the bankrupt, or any information now being in your hands or that is within your record attributable to all accounts in the name of the bankrupt and to which the bankrupt is entitled.
Any sum or balance of the account registered in the name of the bankrupt shall be surrendered to the Director General of Insolvency by banker's draft in the name of "Ketua Pengarah Insolvensi" to the respective branch of Malaysia Department of Insolvency (MdI) and shall specify the name, the identification number and the bankruptcy estate number of the bankrupt.
