Management Division

FUNCTIONS

• Ensuring that support services are administered effectively and efficiently in administrative management, human resources (services) and financial management to achieve the vision and mission of the Malaysian Insolvency Department. This division consists of three main units, i.e. Human Resource Unit, Finance Unit and Administration Unit.

Human Resource Unit

• Planning the development of human resources in terms of expertise requirements, quantity and quality based on the Human Resources Strategic Plan (PSSM);
• Conducting policy studies and new strategy on programme management and human resource development;
• Planning, developing and implementing human resource development competencies [Training Need Analysis (TNA)], Training Operational Plan (POL);

• Managing the HRMIS System Helpdesk; and
• Responsible for the compliance of the quality and innovation policies at MdI

Finance Unit

• Managing, preparing and monitoring the Department's Operating Budget;
• Managing the monthly reports for the Department's Management Expense reports as well Monitoring of Department's expenditure performance;

• Processing payment claims including preparation of payment vouchers within the stipulated period; and
• Managing the affairs relating to the monthly salaries of permanent and contract workers
