Ensure declarations of dividend to start off in one week’s time from the date the last balance of account is found sufficient, for the purpose of paying dividend.
Ensure all issues pertaining to the search counter be entertained within the period of not more than 30 minutes.
Provide written endorsement within 3 days upon receiving complaints.
