TAKE notice that the Official Receiver is the provisional liquidator or the liquidator of the companies listed in Schedule A, and that you are required, within seven (7) working days from the date of publication of this Notice, to pay or surrender to the Official Receiver as provisional liquidator or liquidator of the company, any sum or balance of the account registered in the name of the company, or any information now being in your hands or that is within your record attributable to all accounts in the name of the company and to which the company is entitled.
Any sum or balance of the account registered in the name of the company shall be surrendered to the Official Receiver as provisional liquidator or liquidator of the company by banker's draft in the name of "Pegawai Penerima" to the respective branch of Malaysia Department of Insolvency (MdI) and shall specify the name and the registration number of the company.
